Sentinel Mental Health is a mom and pop operation which provides clinicians the autonomy to be a Therapist while we run the business. We work with our therapists on goals, help with work / life balance, we provide marketing, scheduling / rescheduling / canceling, billing, collecting while providing you a space and furnishings, regular supervision and consultation, education on regulations, weekly group discussions with lunch on us.
We pay on a sliding scale based on time with our organization. Year 1 50% of all reimbursements Year 2 51% Year 3 52% Year 4 53% Year 5 54% Year 6 55%
PTO is based on a sliding scale, earned and accumulated each month and used in the year earned, or paid out as a bonus at the end of the year.
Session type does play a part in how sessions are earned with a typical 90837 being the standard. Further details will be provided to those who request information.
